Are you like me and love taking your dog with you everywhere you go? In no particular order, here are my top picks for dog friendly cafes around Perth.

Yelo Trigg

Okay, so this was an easy one. This beachside café is dog central outside and is the perfect place to stop after a beautiful beach side walk along Trigg. There isn’t too much seating outside but a lot of people stop in to get a takeaway coffee or drink before they continue on to the beach or for a coastal walk.

Pizzaca Scarborough

Pizzaca comes in on the list because in terms of food, this is one of my favourite places in Perth to go for breakfast or lunch. The fact that their outside area is dog friendly just makes it even better!

Rise and Grind Doubleview

This has to come on the list solely because how much the staff loves animals. I have never felt so welcome to have a dog at a café then at rise and grind. We have a Chihuahua puppy, which makes it easier, because she’s tiny, but they let us inside with her and she just chills on our lap while we enjoy a coffee and breakfast. Absolutely love it.

Piccolos Corner West Leederville

Piccolos cute outdoor area is the perfect place to enjoy breakfast and a coffee with your pooch.

North Street Store Cottesloe

If you don’t come here for their amazing fresh bread already, make sure you stop by North Street Store in Cottesloe. They don’t have a huge selection of seating outside, but the casual vibe is great with groups sitting with their dogs on the grass enjoying their coffee and breakfast.

Fur Baby Café Westminster

I can’t write this blog and not mention a café that was set up for our little fur babies. This café is totally dog friendly, inside and out. Dogs need to be on lead in the main areas but they even have an off lead area for our pups to play. They also have loads of events on and a lot of breed specific play dates. We went to the Chihuahua play date and loved it. I haven’t eaten here myself so can’t comment on the ‘human’ food, but they have lots of dog treats here to spoil your pup with.

John street café Cottesloe

Situated on one of the gorgeous streets of Cottesloe, where the food alone should attract you, John Street Café’s outdoor seating is dog friendly! So stop by here for breakfast before heading for a walk around Cottesloe beach.

Little stoveBicton

This adorable suburban café is a great spot for breakfast with your dog seated in one of their outdoor settings.

Canteen Trigg

With plenty of dog friendly outside dining options, Canteen is a perfect choice to enjoy a summers day with your dog. With great food and amazing views of Trigg beach you can’t go wrong.

Hylin West Leederville

With ‘water bowls at the ready’ as they say on their facebook page, Hylin has dog friendly seating outside. Their super cute interiors and great food will have you coming back for sure.

Do you have a favourite café to take your dog in Perth? I’d love to know so we can check it out for ourselves.
